Saturday 13 April, 1.30-3.00pm
Free, public event
Artist Jane Ponsford has explored the landscape across the Surrey Hills and responded with some exquisite paper art works incorporating the natural found materials. Reigate Hill is the final location on her journey across this Area of Outstanding Beauty since last June and her installations within the fort include the collections and pieces she has made both independently and with others from traces of the landscape.
This special ‘In Conversation’ Event: ‘A fascination with the earth and what lies beneath our feet’ will guide visitors around the artworks in the fort followed by a discussion about her work with invited guest, artist and curator Kim Norton plus refreshments and artist networking.
Early booking is recommended for this event as space is limited.
Parking at the National Trust Car Parks at Wray Lane or Margery Wood.
